Why Is My Tapo Robot Vacuum’s Schedule Not Working?

There may be a few possible conditions that could prevent your Tapo Robot Vacuum’s Cleaning Schedule from properly working:

1. Low Battery: A scheduled cleaning will only work when the battery level is above 20%.

2. Cleaning in Progress: If your Tapo robot Vacuum is already in the process of cleaning during the scheduled time frame, the schedule may be interrupted.

3. Do Not Disturb is Enabled: If the Do Not Disturb feature is enabled in the app, and within a conflicting time frame of the schedule, it can prevent the schedule from activating. Please make sure the schedule is not set within the Do Not Disturb period.
