Yes. Tapo C120 is IP66 weather-resistant and designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It can be installed in places such as a living room, nursery, garage, front door, or backyard.
What AI detection are included for free?
Tapo C120 supports smart detection for people, pets, vehicles and baby cry. You can choose which detection types you want to receive alerts for in the Tapo app.
Does the Tapo C120 work with 5GHz Wi-Fi?
No. Tapo C120 connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Make sure a 2.4GHz network is available during setup.
Is the Tapo C120 easy to install?
Yes. Its magnetic base allows you to quickly position and adjust the camera.
Can I talk to someone through the Tapo C120?
Yes. The built-in microphone and speaker support two-way audio, so you can hear and speak with family members, visitors, or pets through the Tapo app.
