TP-Link TL-WR841N WINS EDITOR′S CHOICE FROM PC MARKET MAGAZINE
TL-WR841N gains Editor' s Choice from PC Market magazine in Hongkong, China. Like all TP-Link products on the market, TL-WR841N shines itself as another catchy one from TP-Link.
The magazine prepares some specific tests subject to the upload and download speed in different locations in a house with different routers in a fixed place in order to simulate the real environment. Apart from the test for the performance between routers with original antennas and that with antennas updated, the magazine also tests the transmitting performance through walls and wood.
Location A in bedroom, the router is one meter away, nothing on the way
Location B in toilet, 3 meters more or less from the router with wooden door and wardrobe blocked,
Location C in bedroom, 5 meters from the router with two wardrobes and one wall blocked,
Location D in living room, within the distance of 10 meters from the router plus one wall on the way and a LCDTV nearby
Location E in kitchen, 15 meters from the router, with two walls on the way
TP-Link showcases itself quite well and distinguishes among all the products in the tests. The editors also mention the efficiency of its user interface.
