How to Obtain the System Log From the Deco App

The System Log is critical for diagnostic analysis when troubleshooting your Deco. This article introduces the steps to obtain the system log from the Deco App. If necessary, please follow these steps to send the log to TP-Link’s Technical Support Team:


1. Launch the Deco app, then tap the three lines at the top left corner and select Support Center.

2. Select an FAQ related to the concern, then scroll down and tap “No, I need more help”.

3. Tap “Email Us”, then choose the Suggestion option in the drop-down selection beneath “what can we help you with”.

 

4. Fill in the remaining fields.

 

5. When all fields are populated, check the option for “Add System Logs’’ and tap Send.
