How to view the invoice for my Tapo Care subscription?

How does a person access their invoice for Tapo Care?  Well, it depends on how you signed up.  This FAQ will walk you through all the various methods.  Again, the method that works for you will depend on how you subscribed to the service.

 

Through the Tapo App (Android)

Please refer to understand your Google Store charges & receipts - Authorization hold - Google Store Help

Through the Tapo App (iOS)

Please refer to if you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement

Through the Tapo Care website

Note: it will only list your billing history of the Tapo Care plans subscribed through the Tapo Care website.

  1. Go to the Tapo Care Website
  2. Sign in to your Tapo account,
  3. Click on your Tapo account in the upper right corner
  4. Click “Billing History”
  5. Click on “” to get your Invoice.
