Robot süpürgesi veya APP Pil Hatası uyarısı verirse, lütfen aşağıdaki adımları deneyin:
1. Robot süpürgesini yeniden başlatın.
2. Pil sıcaklığı çok yüksek veya çok düşük. Lütfen pil sıcaklığı 0 ℃ - 40 ℃ (32 ℉ - 104 ℉) arasında değişene kadar bekleyin.
