    Position Overview

    As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of our Accounting and Controlling team and support the International Controller with operational accounts payable activities across our international subsidiaries.
     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execution of all transactional Accounts Payable activities for TP-LINK International subsidiaries.
    • Preparing and posting journal entries related to accounts payable
    • Follow up on business and vendor queries related to open invoices.
    • Preparing internal controls for the International entities, including account reconciliations, AP overviews etc.
    • Communicating with suppliers and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
    • Supporting month-end closing, creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
    • Support finance improvement projects.
    • Support the International Controller with statutory accounting compliance related to Accounts Payable.
    • Other finance tasks, as required.

     


    Requirements

    • Accounting degree relevant for the role.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable in an international environment.
    • Experience with IT industry is a plus.
    • Knowledge and understanding of relevant VAT requirements in Netherlands and Internationality
    • Experience with ERP systems(preferably SAP)
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and multi-task efficiently.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Chinese, oral communication in Dutch is a plus
    • Stong interpersonal abilities, and a high level of ethics and integrity
    • Analytical, accurate, and independent
    • Valid residence and work authorization in the Netherlands.

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist to support and drive online sales growth across key e-commerce platforms.

    This role sits at the intersection of sales, e-commerce operations, and digital performance, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and commercial impact.

    You will work closely with GTM, marketing, and sales teams to execute pricing, promotions, and daily operations, while contributing to traffic and conversion improvements.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Drive online sales performance across key platforms by executing pricing, promotions, and daily performance monitoring

    2. Manage pricing updates and promotion setup in line with margin and commercial targets

    3. Maintain and optimize product listings while ensuring correct setup and availability across platforms

    4. Support campaign execution and basic traffic activities (including PPC) to improve visibility and conversion

    5. Handle CRM-related tasks and back-office operations to support online sales activities

    6. Track key metrics (e.g. revenue, conversion, promotion impact) and provide actionable insights


    Requirements

    Experience

    • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital-related roles
    • Hands-on experience with at least one platform (e.g. Amazon, Bol, Shopify, etc.)
    • Experience in execution (not only planning or coordination)

     

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong commercial awareness with a sales-driven mindset
    • Comfortable working with data (e.g. revenue, conversion, performance metrics)
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Proactive and able to take ownership of execution

     

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with PPC / paid advertising (Amazon Ads, Google, Meta, etc.)
    • Experience in consumer electronics or fast-moving consumer products

    What you will do

    As Key Account Manager E-commerce, you will take full ownership of one of our most important strategic retail partners. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and translate opportunities into measurable commercial success. On top of that, you will spend about 20% of your time to develop other accounts or find new business.

    Develop and execute the strategies

    • Together with the Ecommerce team and reporting to our VP Consumer Sales, you will define, implement and execute the commercial strategy for TP-Link and Tapo across all relevant categories.
    • Build long-term growth plans aligned with objectives.
    • Together with our GTM manager, you will lead and execute GTM campaign strategies within your accounts to maximise visibility, performance and brand impact.

    Drive e-commerce performance

    • Own and optimise KPIs: traffic, conversion, AOV/ASP and sales growth.
    • Strengthen the digital shelf through data-driven category management and optimisation.
    • Plan & Lead product launches, campaigns and seasonal activations with excellence.
    • Take responsibility for retail activation and marketing planning & execution.
    • Ensure operational excellence: stock management, order flow, fulfilment alignment, PDP design and content, and proactive issue resolution.

    Deliver commercial results

    • Achieve sales and margin targets through accurate forecasting and close collaboration with marketing, GTM, finance and supply chain teams.
    • Develop and execute strong joint business plans for your accounts.
    • Optimise promotional investments and financial planning to secure sustainable long-term growth.

    Engage and influence (internal) stakeholders

    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations supported by sharp analysis.
    • Organise and lead regular business reviews with your accounts and internal leadership.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock opportunities and drive efficiencies.
    • Act as the internal ambassador for your accounts within the Benelux organisation and do the same for TP-Link and Tapo within your accounts.

    • Proven experience (at least 3 years) preferably working for or managing CoolBlue in a leading position
    • Strong expertise in e-commerce, digital retail and online marketing.
    • Analytical mindset combined with strong commercial acumen.

    Wat ga je doen?

    Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor (potentiële) klanten die contact zoeken via de website, per mail of telefoon. Dit klantcontact varieert van informatie verzoeken, het afsluiten van nieuwe accounts tot en met het beantwoorden van een algemene vraag.

    Deze lauwe acquisitie zet jij met gemak om in warme relaties. Maar je wordt net zo blij van het generen van je eigen leads.  Omdat je weet hoe je de juiste vragen moet stellen, weet jij precies waar de klant behoefte aan heeft. Hierdoor kun je inzichtelijk maken welke leads de meeste potentie hebben. Uieraard volg je deze leads op, of zet je deze door naar collega's binnen het commerciële team.

    Samen met het team maak je belscripts om nog meer gekwalificeerde leads te genereren.

    Je onderhoudt de database met klantgegevens; dat betekent dat je zorgt dat gegevens worden geverifieerd en dat gemaakte afspraken worden genoteerd. Dit doe je zorgvuldig zodat je collega's zich goed kunnen voorbereiden op afspraken die je voor ze hebt ingepland.

    Je zorgt dat je op de hoogte blijft van updates van onze producten en diensten. Uiteraard weet je wat er in de markt wordt aangeboden, zodat je precies weet hoe je onze producten en diensten aan klanten kan uitleggen en demonstreren.

    Je organiseert samen met onze Marketingafdeling evenementen en webinars waarmee je partners en klanten enthousiasmeert voor onze producten, oplossingen en Omada.

     

    Wat breng je mee?

    Je hebt ervaring met een commerciële binnendienst  functie, affiniteit met techniek,  ICT en netwerken. Kennis van netwerkproducten en oplossingen  is een pré.

    Je weet wat er in de markt gaande is. Dit pas je toe, om samen met collega's continu te zoeken naar de juiste partners voor Omada. Samen met je ’ collega’s werk je  continue aan het verbeteren  en aanpassen van onze producten en services, zodat we samen onze doelstellingen halen.

    Deze functie is geschikt voor iemand met ongeveer 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie en die toe is aan een volgende uitdaging. Het werk- en denkniveau is MBO 4.
