AP8635-I, the Omada Pro AX1800 Indoor/Outdoor WiFi 6 access point, delivers speeds of up to 1.8 Gbps which are boosted by the latest WiFi 6 technology such as 1024-QAM, BSS Coloring, and more.†‡ A built-in Gigabit Ethernet port allows smooth network for demanding outdoor environments, such as yards, swimming pools, outdoor café, parks, and more. PoE+ supported also provides flexible installations.

Powered by the latest WiFi 6 technology, the AP8635-I delivers speeds of up to 1.8 Gbps, providing higher data rates on both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands.

Professional antennas equipped with high-power amplifiers utilize WiFi 6 technology to provide strong and expansive wireless coverage to various outdoor environments. The maximum range reaches up to 200 meters over the 2.4 GHz band and 300 meters over the 5 GHz band.** Moreover, Beamforming, Band Steering, and Airtime Fairness together ensure network efficiency.

OFDMA and MU-MIMO greatly improve multi-user efficiency to provide simultaneous connections for dozens of clients in large open areas. Connectivity will not only focus on wireless cameras, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, wireless speakers but also a wider range of other devices.

Actual wireless data throughput and wireless coverage are not guaranteed and will vary as a result of network conditions, client limitations, and environmental factors, including building materials, obstacles, volume and density of traffic, and client location.

Use of WiFi 6 (802.11ax) and its features, including OFDMA, HE160,MU-MIMO, Beamforming, Band Steering, 1024-QAM, and others require clients to support the corresponding features. The 160 MHz bandwidth is only available on the 5 GHz band. It may be unavailable in some regions/countries due to regulatory restrictions. The double channel width refers to 160 MHz compared to 80 MHz for general WiFi 6 APs.

These functions require the use of an Omada Pro SDN controller. 

**The maximum range of WiFi coverage is calculated based on field tests. The real transmission range may vary, according to the environment, receiving device, etc.
