Introduction

You can install VIGI VMS Local on your Windows computer to manage VIGI devices, and uninstall it to free up drive space when you do not need to use it.

Configuration

Installation Method

Step 1. Double-click the installation package and the installation wizard window will pop up.

Step 2. Confirm the information displayed and click Next to choose destination location where you can change the installation path.

Step 3. You can choose whether to install VIGI VMS PC Client along with VIGI VMS.

Step 4. In the last step, you can choose whether to start VIGI VMS Service Manager after installation.

Uninstallation Method 1

Step 1. Make sure the program is closed.

Step 2. Reopen the installation program and select Remove.

Step 3. During the uninstallation process, there will be two prompts asking whether to delete accompanying features and user data. Select according to your needs.

Uninstallation Method 2

Step 1. Make sure the program is closed.

Step 2. Find VIGI VMS from the Windows Programs and select it from the list to uninstall.

Step 3. During the uninstallation process, there will be two prompts asking whether to delete accompanying features and user data. Select according to your needs.

Verification

The creation of a shortcut or the presence of the software VIGI VMS Service Manager in the system indicates a successful installation.

If the shortcut icon and the software disappear from the Windows Programs, it means the uninstallation is successful.
